Monday 6pm – 7.30pm – Women’s Club Training – Open to all
Tuesday 6.30pm – 8pm - Women’s Performance Squad – Invite only
Tuesday 8pm – 9.30pm – Men’s Performance Squad – Invite only
Thursday 8pm – 9.30pm – Men’s Club Training – Open to all
Sunday - 10:00 – 11:00 - U8s & U10s
Sunday - 11:00 – 12:00 - U12s & U14s
