2025 - 2026 Adult League Regulations Published

This years updated league regulations have been published by EH. These can be found in the documents section of the website which is accessed HERE

As last year the ALMC will be producing an additional regulations document that will help clubs with our understanding and interpretations of some of the regulations, mainly the ones that say "The ALMC may.....", we hope to have this ready before the season starts in September.
