Each match will be played over four 10-minute quarters with 1 minute quarter time and 3 minutes half time. Standard indoor hockey rules apply!

Entry & Eligibility

Clubs wishing to enter must be East Hockey Area teams and enter using the online system. Teams must be affiliated members to England Hockey and must have completed their 2025/26 indoor-season registration. Each club may register one Men’s side and one Women’s side. Entry fees, fixture draws and team briefings will be sent to entered teams within one week of the closing date.

Officials & Volunteers

The East Area Officiating Committee will be appointing Umpires and Match Officials to each of the events. If you are interested in taking part, please enter your availability via GMS or contact the AOC for more information.

Looking Ahead

The East Area Indoor Sixes serve as a launch-pad for clubs heading into the national indoor season and provide valuable indoor match-practice. The winners of each tournament will be crowned East Area Indoor Champions and gain the promotion into the National League in January.
