East Adult Leagues GMS Update 04 November 2022

We would like to thank Clubs for their ongoing efforts with GMS in the last few weeks now we are fully live, completion rates are going up however we are aware that sometimes what appears on your screens as complete isn’t showing as complete on our reports.

We’ll be contacting clubs where there is an apparent low completion rate to work through any problems starting at the “bottom”, we’ve already found some quick wins and they’ll get put on here as we go but as a kick off please check:

1. Teamsheets - everyone needs a number, even if you’ve made it up. Just make sure the umpires are happy cards have been correctly allocated

2. Teamsheets - after your match go back to the team sheet page and click save, even if you haven’t changed anything

3. Match sheet - both teams need to enter a score, and you need to fill both boxes in even if it’s zero

4. Match Record - you DO need to put times and types in against all lines otherwise it doesn’t save

5. Don’t click "final" until all data is in for both teams. If it can’t be done on the pitch or in the club house, agree with your opposite number when it’ll be done so one of you doesn’t accidentally lock the other one out
